A blue dragon is something Hisoka can (mostly) get along with. It doesn't seem too far of a cry from Tsuzuki's shiki. The touch aspect, on the other hand, is a little more intimidating. Even if he's certain that touching a dragon won't bring his old empathic powers back and kick Hisoka's emotions out in favour of someone else's, he's... not really into the whole idea of physical contact.
...But it'll supposedly make this body horror bullshit go away. Dilemmas.
At least the dragon is polite to ask for permission, instead of just pawing him. Unlike some people. He has a few coworkers who could take a lesson from this dragon.
